SWEET POTATO KEBABS

A nutritious and delicious vegetarian Kebab recipe made using Sweet Potatoes.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Cup Sweet Potato boiled
  • 1/2 Cup Paneer grated
  • 3 tbsp Panko Breadcrumbs
  • Green Chillies (to taste) finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp Ginger finely chopped
  • 1 tsp Kebab Masala/ Kitchen King Masala optional
  • 2 tbsp Mint leaves finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp Coriander finely chopped
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tbsp Roasted Peanuts roughly chopped

Instructions
 

  • Add all the ingredients to a mixing bowl. Mix well and refrigerate for half hour. 
  • Form flat round balls, brush with a little oil and cook in a heavy bottom skillet on a low/ medium heat until crisp on the outside. 
  • Serve hot with your favourite chutney.
