Ingredients
  

Whipped Coffee / Dalgona Coffee

  • 2 tbsp Brown Sugar
  • 2 tbsp Nescafe Instant Coffee
  • 2 tbsp Warm Water

Coconut Chia Pudding

  • 1 Cup Coconut Milk
  • 2 tbsp Chia Seeds

Instructions
 

To Make Whipped / Dalgona Coffee

  • Put all ingredients in a large mixing bowl 
  • Whisk on medium speed with an electric whisk for 5-6 minutes or until thick and creamy

To Make Coconut Chia Pudding

  • To a bowl add the Coconut Milk and Chia Seeds
  • Mix well and refrigerate for atleast 1 hour 
  • After an hour remove the pudding from the the refrigerator and give it a stir

To Assemble

  • Take two glasses, transfer the Chia Pudding to the glasses, top with the whipped coffee
