POMEGRANATE MOLASSES

A sticky, sweet and tangy salad dressing. Most commonly used to dress Fattoush Salad.

- 2 large Pomegranate
- 1 tsp Sumac
- 1/8 tsp Salt
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
Deseed the Pomegranate and juice them
Transfer to a pan and simmer on a low flame until reduced to a thick sticky consistency
Transfer to a bowl and let it cool
Add Salt, Sumac and Olive Oil and mix well
Refrigerate the dressing and use when desired.
