POMEGRANATE MOLASSES

A sticky, sweet and tangy salad dressing. Most commonly used to dress Fattoush Salad.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 large Pomegranate
  • 1 tsp Sumac
  • 1/8 tsp Salt
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil

Instructions
 

  • Deseed the Pomegranate and juice them
  • Transfer to a pan and simmer on a low flame until reduced to a thick sticky consistency
  • Transfer to a bowl and let it cool
  • Add Salt, Sumac and Olive Oil and mix well
  • Refrigerate the dressing and use when desired.
